Nhũ ép nhiệt

Ép nhũ nóng (ép nhiệt) là một phương pháp in khô dùng nhiệt, lực ép và nhũ chuyên dùng (hot stamping foil).

Quy trình: Khuôn ép với chữ, hoa văn nổi sẽ được gia nhiệt rồi ép nhũ lên bề mặt sản phẩm. Phần nhũ ứng với phần nổi của khuôn sẽ chảy keo và dính chặt vào bề mặt sản phẩm cho ra chữ và hoa văn như trên khuôn. Tuỳ vào loại nhũ ta sẽ có màu sắc, độ bóng hay hiệu ứng kim loại khác nhau trên các bề mặt sản phẩm như:  giấy, nhựa, vải, da...

Ứng dụng:
Trên hầu hết các loại giấy có bề mặt không thấm nước và tất cả các loại nhãn
Ấn bản phẩm: sách / tạp chí / áp phích / tờ rơi / quảng cáo / thẻ / thiệp cưới ...
Bao bì: mỹ phẩm / thuốc lá / hộp thực phẩm ...
Tem nhãn: rượu / bia / nước ngọt / mỹ phẩm / nước hoa  ...

Các loại nhũ ép nhiệt: Có 3 loại nhũ chính: Nhũ lụa (matt), Nhũ kim loại, Nhũ lazer (hologram)
