High velocity, continuous operation machine
- Structure joints are welded and machine is painted with Ral 9002
- Embossed reel-holder with pneumatic blockage and adjustment handwell. Maximum reel capacity is 600 mm in length and 400 mm in diameter
- Motorized unrolling of film controlled by a servo-motor
- Easy to disassemble forming tube
- Fill pull mediated by ridged conveyor belt and longitudinal sealing assembly, which are controlled by servo-motion
- Conveyor belt and longitudinal sealing assembly pressure regulated by micrometric screws
- Sealing assembly with 400 mm press-plate controlled by servo-motors
- Pneumatic system allows balanced movement of the transversal sealing assembly
- Rhythm and packing time of the transversal sealing assembly may be varied
